Note: (1) The ligand coordinates are used to demarcate the binding site on the protein surface. Please make sure that both the ligand and the protein are in the same coordinate system.
(2) All atoms in the protein file will be treated as protein. So, please make sure to remove the ligand atoms (whose site you want to compare) from the protein file before uploading.
